200 Keele Street – Revised Planning Application
The first development proposal for 200 Keele Street (north side of Lithuania Park) was not well received by local residents. The application was eventually rejected adjourned at the OMB, the developer has returned with a new proposal.
First, thanks for posting this.
However, I must point out that the OMB has not actually rejected the previous less intense proposal for this site. The City rejected the proposal and decided to defend the position at the OMB, and then the developer requested an indefinite adjournment of the OMB hearing.
